Affiliate Disclosure

Effective Date: July 2, 2026

1. Our Policy

PopScotch may participate in affiliate marketing programs (such as Amazon Associates, Awin/Etsy, or Impact) and may display advertising. This means that if you click a link to a retailer or product on our site and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is one way we hope to eventually support running the site.

2. Where This Applies

When an article contains affiliate links, we show a notice banner at the top of that article so it's clear before you start reading. Those links are also marked with rel="sponsored" in the page's HTML, per FTC and search-engine guidance. If an article has no such banner, it contains no affiliate links.

3. Editorial Independence

Affiliate relationships never change which aesthetics, products, or ideas we choose to cover. We recommend things because we think they fit the guide, not because they pay us to. If we wouldn't suggest it to a friend, we don't feature it.

4. No Programs Are Live Yet

As of the effective date above, PopScotch is not enrolled in any affiliate program and does not run any advertising. This page describes how we'll handle disclosure once that changes, so the policy is in place before any links go live — not after.

5. Cookies & Advertising Tech

Details on the cookies and tracking technologies involved in analytics and any future advertising live in our Cookie Policy.
